Drop In Recreation

Program Adjustment on October 23, 2024:

Drop-In Recreation is cancelled in the Kerr Hall Gymnasium on Wednesday, November 18, 2024. All other facilities will have Drop-In Programming running as normal.

Programs Affected: Badminton & Basketball

The Drop-In Recreation Program values all aspects of a student’s life, health, and wellbeing. By participating in the Drop-In Recreation programming, you can enjoy a break from your academics and reap the benefits of incorporating movement into your daily life.

We offer a variety of sports and activities, as well as Women’s Only times. Our focus on building community shines through our engaged supervisors and programming. All programs are:

  • Open to TMU students and RAC / MAC Members
  • No registration is required!
  • Open Recreation are times that a space is open to drop in and play whatever you like on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Facilitated Drop-In

Facilitated Drop-in sessions offer participants a supervised environment with timed games and scorekeeping. Team rotations are enforced to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play. This program is best for those looking for an organised playing environment.

Women's Only Drop-In

Women’s Only Drop-In creates a safe and supportive environment for women to engage in  Basketball, Volleyball and Soccer. This program is for women and supervised by women. All individuals who identify as women are welcome. Download the TMU Recreation App for the full Drop-in Recreation Schedule.
